Yesterday (or today, depends where you live), 4 years passed since i joined this site. Had some good moments and bad, and of course i remember mostly those bad things ¬‸¬ and i cringe everytime i see my old drawings. The only reason i keep them is so you know how much i improved.
BUT this is NOT what i want to talk about now.
What mostly caught my attention lately is that through these 4 years i met some fine people, but some of them left. They just leave, not telling anybody. I mostly remember Abigail that was her name, right?
that Samus fangirl (well she kinda had a reason) and now recently Serenna left for unknown reason. At least from Tumblr, i knew why she left dA. I still have her on Skype tho but she haven't answered yet.
I suppose she just gave up from art entirely, even tho her drawings were greater than mine (and more anime-ish). But worse things than that come to my mind.
The reason why i give so much fuck about her is that i don't have any friends IRL but a lot of mutuals that don't care much about me and i about them, we just see each other sometimes. The only people i can talk to are mostly adults. This is why you guys mean so much to me but at the same time i see how much internet friendship is fragile, all you have to do is deactive accounts and it's over. No wonder why people think it's not real.
And it's just so fucking rare to meet someone in the same "fandom" where you are
, it's like accidentally finding a shiny pretty stone.
In quotation marks, since this is what her and me were trying to do, gather most of the people in one place to confirm the existence of subfandom for the Hands. At least, this is how i took it. Not "make" since you can't really create fandoms. I saw a lot of people who like these hands and other characters who originate from Smash Bros., enough for me to think that this "subfandom" exists, that there is something beyond that wall of shipping and competitive community, and you are these people who motivated me to make a dA account and a seperate Tumblr blog about Hands, because somebody had to.
